It had electrical power but no response when attempting to start the car by turning the key. I originally had it towed to a small repair shop that I had used before. I considered having it towed to the Mercedes dealer but thought it was probably a fuse or relay so I took a chance. After diagnosis, the small repair shop called and suggested that the issue was beyond their abilities and I had better take it to the dealership, which I did incurring the cost of a second tow. I was called promptly when the car arrived there and the service advisor clearly understood the issue. It took until the next morning but I was called and told that it was the engine control module and it would be done the next day. I picked up the car and it runs fine. I was very pleased with the response to my problem and in the future, I will not bother with anyone other than the Mercedes dealer for my service needs. More

MB Family I have nothing but good to say about my MB family at Daytona Beach. For one, I drive down for my service from Jacksonville Beach when I could stay right here. You guys always check on my well being while there. Last Labor Day weekend, you picked my car up from the airport to replace two tires, one blew out on I 95 and brought it back to me to have when I got back from my daughter’s wedding. That weekend was already a bit stressful but you guys made sure it wasn’t because of my car. I will be eternally grateful for that! So thank you for all you do to make me feel cared for and safe. Mike and I discussed what needed to be done and he offered to get me a loaner and check out the vehicle. He informed me of the work that needed to be done, invited me to see the vehicle for myself to OK the work, and I agreed. When the work was completed I arrived to pick it up and pay. While there, I asked to see what was available on the lot and after being escorted to see the available vehicles, I decided to trade in the ML 350 for a 2014 GLK 350 which better suited my needs. Sales Manager Bobby Martin took everything into consideration and offered me a fair drive out price , which I accepted. Every member of the sales team was helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. The transaction was simple, easy and without stress. I would recommend anyone who is the market for a quality vehicle to deal with MB of Daytona first. More

Generally great experience but expensive. The service advisor...Mike... was accommodating and helpful and the work was completed fairly quickly .....but the Hourly Rate was too high.
