Service was quick and painless. Great friendly staff I had a nail in my tire and desperately needed my car for the weekend as I had clients to transport for the Hilton where I am the Sr Sales Manager. I I had a nail in my tire and desperately needed my car for the weekend as I had clients to transport for the Hilton where I am the Sr Sales Manager. I called and was given a time to bring the car in and was taken care of immediately upon arrival. My regular service person was not in that day but I was greeted and assisted by Joe with warm and friendly service. He also found credits that were due to me and provided me with that information as well. Thank you Joe. More

Service Department Visited the Service Dept. with our 2017 Metris which had an intermittent fuel controller issue. Loaner van was pre-arranged for while our van was bein Visited the Service Dept. with our 2017 Metris which had an intermittent fuel controller issue. Loaner van was pre-arranged for while our van was being diagnosed and repaired. Everyone and everything went smoothly. No complaints. Received phone calls and texts explaining findings and game plan at the end of each day. Pick up of our van and return of loaner was quick and painless. Our van was returned to us washed and vacuumed out. Very happy with the flow of service. More

He provides a courtesy call when any other problems are discovered explaining the nature of the problem and estimated cost. He doesn’t pressure me to get the additional services completed but informs me how long it would be before the problem would become a major issue. When returning for my vehicle he is very helpful making sure my payment process is as smooth as possible. Mike always has a positive demeanor when assisting all his customers including me. More

Michael Iafanti has taken care of my 2008 E350 for the three years I have lived in this area. My car still performs as new with no unpleasant surprises. The service work is done efficiently and it is a pleasure to wait in the comfortable and spotless facility. I also enjoy the beautifully displayed Mercedes in the showroom. After 50 years of Mercedes ownership, I can truly say that Daytona is one of the finest dealerships I have encountered. More

The MB dealership in our hometown has insane pricing on service so we drive the extra 30 miles for outstanding service on our S550 and a meaningful savings as well. Joe Drewes in the service department is always helpful. And most importantly, he doesn't try and eat our pizza!! :-) We also drove a 2020 MB GLE with Edgar Perez for a possible replacement and he did an excellent job on our test-drive. Just a great dealership !!! More
