Friendly, Professional, Tmely All the people I dealt with made it easy ... and always with a smile (can tell by the eyes over the masks!!) . Had turnover of my car and getting a loaner taken care of immediately.. was in and out in minutes.... same when returned. They make it an enjoyable experience - not an easy task when having to deal with waiting for service. Car returned in great shape. More

Service at Mercedes Went in early in the morning around 9am to get my car for service. I was expecting it to be done in a few hours, around noon but turns out it took the Went in early in the morning around 9am to get my car for service. I was expecting it to be done in a few hours, around noon but turns out it took them less than what I expected and picked up my car earlier. It was actually nice that it was done earlier as I have some other appointment in the afternoon that requires me to drive there. So thank you! More
