Joe is wonderful however he went on vacation & his back-up dropped the ball. Didn’t return phone calls so I called Service manager - he never called me back either. The person who finally called was back-up dropped the ball. Didn’t return phone calls so I called Service manager - he never called me back either. The person who finally called was rude. It was my fault cause I have an old car. My car was mis-diagnosed 1st round ended up over 2weeks. Part ordered - wrong part sent - then a week to fix. Not good service. More

Just moved from upstate NY to FL with our fleet of 2 GLS 580's. We were concerned that our new dealer could provide the same service level we enjoyed in Rochester. I introduced myself to the service man 580's. We were concerned that our new dealer could provide the same service level we enjoyed in Rochester. I introduced myself to the service manager Dan Barber and he could not have been more welcoming. His assurance that a personal attention to our needs would be forthcoming provided us with a newly found high level of confidence in the Daytona dealership. He proceeded to assign service advisor Joe Drewes to our account. Joe was also very accommodating as he knew we would want 2 simultaneous appointments for service on our vehicles with a loaner vehicle provided. As he kept us up to date on the '23 service we were able to bring the '24 in within 48 hours. The loaner was returned on Friday following the initial Tuesday appointment. Extremely good customer service orientation from all concerned. Could not have been more pleased with our initial service contact. More
