30 cars bought, this by far was best the experience I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car this dealership and conducting the transaction with Roger Williams. Since the initial inquiry to first I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car this dealership and conducting the transaction with Roger Williams. Since the initial inquiry to first phone call, Roger made the process seamless. I had to make an unfortunate decision to sell two of my vehicles (older Mercedes and newer Corvette) to lower my overall debt to income ratio for an upcoming home purchase. I found the Mercedes E63 online and perused my interest due to the obvious type of car it was. I was upfront with Roger and wanted a black and white answer on the trade values/out the door price as my time as well of all yours there is valuable and didn’t want to waste it. I informed Roger that at this time, I have looked at over 10 cars at other dealerships with intentions to buy but we could never come to a fair deal. Roger listened to what I needed for the situation I was placed in and ran with it. We were able to come to a deal (all though phone communication) to where I felt comfortable driving the 250 miles to complete the transaction. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted by Roger and then we began the final process to purchase the car. I provided to Roger the final check of agreed OTD price, he looked over the trades and in one hour fifteen minutes the transaction was completed and I was back on the road back home. The car was already cleaned and had a full tank of gas ready to go! The reason I wanted to send a review is I have bought over 30 vehicles, all ranges of makes and models from many different dealers but this transaction by far was the best one yet. I couldn’t believe I was in and out in slightly over an hour and how helpful Roger and your team was. When I got home and was able to go through the car more thoroughly and I did notice some small things I overlooked on the test drive. I would have called out there, but I addressed them with Roger though the phone and he immediately establish a solution. My fiancé will be completing Pharmacy school next year and she has committed to get herself a graduation gift, we have discussed what to get and the mutual agreement is a Mercedes G63. I can assure you, when we are ready we will be reaching out to Roger for help finding the right one then furthermore complete the transaction of purchase. More

We informed the salesman we intended to visit 3 dealerships (Daytona, Jacksonville, and Orlando) and would purchase from the best price dealer. The salesman and his sales manager low balled our trade in, ,while playing the usual disrespect by quoting the “average” KBB value for an excellent well maintained vehicle. We thanked them for their time, and walked to our car. As I was placing by wife’s wheel chair in the trunk, the salesman came out to the passenger’s side of our vehicle and LOWERED THEIR PRICE BY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. We left and purchased the exact same vehicle in Jacksonville for even less money. If you think about all that goes into pricing a car, higher volume dealerships (big city) can make better deals, while treating you with respect. If you like games and disrespect, their sales department is your kind of place. More
