TL is a unique salesperson because he is not your typical "car salesman". He felt more like a friend who was trying to help me to get a new car since my husband died. I completely trusted him with everything and he set me up in a car that I love. The entire experience makes it hard not to stay with Mercedes for the future. Keith, the finance person was also a pleasure to work with. They were both very knowledgable in their fields and I felt in good hands throughout the entire process.
