The team diagnosed my issue offered a reasonable repair and cost but did not hesitate when I just picked up the vehicle. I will keep coming here as long as I own a MB. He ensures that I understand the valid and recommended maintenance needs while working with me to determine which items actually get worked on a particular visit. His flexibility is refreshing - I never feel pressured and I consider him my dedicated SA. Thank you Joe! If a loaner car is needed, the process to obtain one is effortless and usually results in a rewarding exposure to a new Mercedes model.. The customer lounge is very comfortable, with reading materials, TV, and complimentary snacks/beverages. Wi-Fi Access is provided for those who desire it. A large glass window exists in the waiting area that allows a view of the service bays for those who may want to have a look as their car is being serviced. Rest rooms are conveniently located and are modern and clean. This is a top-notch Service Center befitting a top-notch Mercedes-Benz dealership! More

I worked with TL Kays, Bobby and Keith and the rest of the awesome team at Mercedes Benz of Daytona this last week on the Purchase of a great 2013 Bos I worked with TL Kays, Bobby and Keith and the rest of the awesome team at Mercedes Benz of Daytona this last week on the Purchase of a great 2013 Boss 302 Mustang. He was incredible to work with over the phone as I live in Atlanta and was going to fly down if we could come to terms. He took great photos of the car and gave me an accurate review of the vehicle before i bought a plane ticket to come check it out. He was incredibly easy to work with and not pushy in any way. As a guy that has been around the industry i can tell you that he knows what he is doing and is a absolute pleasure to deal with. The dealership allowed me to put a refundable deposit down so i would have the car available when i landed the following day. TL Picked me up first thing at the airport once i landed and we had a great test drive. And brought me to the well designed dealership when it opened on Sunday. Keith worked some magic on the financing and even got me a lower rate than what i walked in the door with. Lastly what put me over the top was that I found out on the way home that there was damage to the taillight when i purchased the car. After a quick call to TL. The dealership agreed to to replace the damaged part. These guys went above and beyond on this sale for me and I would not expect anything less for anybody who walks in the door. I hope to work with them again in the future even if it means i have to fly down to Daytona to pick up the car! Thanks guys! More

He answered my warranty concerns regarding the hand brake light, the rear wind screen alignment and noise when I backed down my driveway.
