Excellent Service I had an issue with the pressure system in my C Class. I contacted Keith Ertell who had Metry call me about it. He coordinated without keith to get me I had an issue with the pressure system in my C Class. I contacted Keith Ertell who had Metry call me about it. He coordinated without keith to get me a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car. When the repair was complete, I came in and Metry not only recognized me, but had someone bring my detailed car back to the service area. I spoke with DJ and Keith briefly who both asked if I needed anything further & was able to leave completely satisfied with the service of this dealership. I’ve dealt with another Mercedes dealership previously and have absolutely nothing good to say about them, so it’s nice to be able to say everyone at this dealership appreciates my service. More

Navion RV warranty service We brought our RV in because the check engine light was on. We called and spoke to Metry. He was very helpful and got us in and stayed on the probl We brought our RV in because the check engine light was on. We called and spoke to Metry. He was very helpful and got us in and stayed on the problem until it was resolved. This is the second time we have had it in for a check engine problem. The last time we were on our way to a camping trip and the light came on. Metry got us in right away and ran a scan on the engine to ensure everything was ok and got us back on the road to finish our trip. When the problem occurred this time, we drove to Daytona instead of Jacksonville even though it is a little further. We thought it was worth the drive because of the outstanding service we received the first time. Again we had a very positive experience. Thanks. More
