I explained I didn't want a new one but I did specify a few of the wants that I did have in mind. That night she texted me with information on a vehicl she found and was having brought to the Daytona Mercedes location and that it would be there that Friday. S he then sent all of the information and details of the vehicle so my husband and I could look it over. I texted her back immediately and shared my interest. We then set up an appointment for 7/28/2018, my husband and I went and looked at the vehicle, loved it and left with it that same day. TL is a unique salesperson because he is not your typical "car salesman". He felt more like a friend who was trying to help me to get a new car since my husband died. I completely trusted him with everything and he set me up in a car that I love. The entire experience makes it hard not to stay with Mercedes for the future. Keith, the finance person was also a pleasure to work with. They were both very knowledgable in their fields and I felt in good hands throughout the entire process.
