Mercedes is rated at the top of vehicles for safety so we went to MB of DB to see what they felt like to drive. From the minute we walked in, We received top notch service from the customer relationship person, David Donals. The actual dealership is very impressive with everything geared toward the customer. David is a unique salesperson because he is not your typical "car salesman". He felt more like a friend who was trying to help get us a car that would meet our needs. We were immediately comfortable with David and his knowledge to get us into the best vehicle to make us feel comfortable and safe. We ended up leasing a certified pre-owned GLE. Keith, the finance person was also a pleasure to work with. They were both very knowledgable with excellent customer focus. We feel that we have created a relationship that will serve us well with this Mercedes as well the next ones. More
