This is what all dealerships should be like Every time I come in, I am greeted with a smile and a question; "How may we help you today?" For service, I am always told what will be done and why. Every time I come in, I am greeted with a smile and a question; "How may we help you today?" For service, I am always told what will be done and why. I will have all of my questions answered and an estimate of when my car will be ready, I always get updates by text and a call when I can pick up the car. I particularly like the text showing me the bill, work done and amount due as soon as work is completed. Other dealerships should utilize this level of customer care. I called Mercedes about my 2 bumpers that was all scratched up and loo Please read this::: I bought a certified 2014 E550 cabriolet in August 2018! I called Mercedes about my 2 bumpers that was all scratched up and looked like it had scattered marked! Their response was bring it back down and they would honor it by the why this was 10 days after I bought the car! On 9/7/18 my husband was washing the car and some of the paint came off the front bumper! So I shopped around for the best price to repaint my bumpers! On September 21, I called Daytona Mercedes and the sales person was being a jerk while my husband and I were in Montgomery Mercedes office! So on October 12th Dave from Daytona Mercedes was going to get the general manager to call us back! As of today I haven’t heard from him yet!!!’ So I have this beautiful E550 that has been in the shop more than I have driven it! My car has had two dead battery since and today I was going to get in my car, but the xxxx battery is dead again! This is the third time this car has done this to me! I have called Mercedes USA for help with this car and Milton just gives my husband the run around! I thought for many month about posting my moments but today just pissed me off when my battery in my car was just replaced about week ago! And I’m it even going to discuss the other things that wrong with car! All I have to say is, think long and hard before buying a certified vehicle from them especially if your out of state! Just and update in my car that I just found out about!!! This car has had 7 batteries in it and can’t find out what is killing it! Milton from Mercedes USA is absolutely no help! This is ridiculous for anyone to have to deal with a car that stays in the shop longer than I have driven it! More

Currently, due to the proximity to I 95 but most importantly their ratings. It’s one thing to satisfy the customer but it’s another to exceed their expectations. Mike Lafanti, service advisor was professional and timely in having me in and out with a loaner vehicle in addition to providing information regarding future visits to make the process even more efficient. I am a detailed guy when it comes to my Mercedes Benz and it was returned to me cleaner than when I left it.
