Their snack and coffee bar was great, workers were all welcoming and very friendly. I told my wife about visit, so this month she visited the dealer for a new GLA250 and it was even delivered. More
Bought a used car from them back in April sight unseen because I assumed they wouldn't sell anything short of stellar at a Mercedes Benz dealership. Unfortunately for me I was dead wrong. This car has had because I assumed they wouldn't sell anything short of stellar at a Mercedes Benz dealership. Unfortunately for me I was dead wrong. This car has had issue after issue and has costed me over 8 thousand dollars in parts and labor since April. Axles, brakes, wheel bearings, bend rims and cracked glass are just some of the issues that i've had to fix. Absolutely obsurd that they would allow a car to leave their showroom like this. I would advise anyone that is thinking about buying a car from them to take your money elsewhere. More
I went to this dealership to replace my MB with a new one. They said they had none and would not be able to help me find one. AND if they could find one they would charge $5K over list. They obviously didn't want my business as the head of inventory walked away from me which I found rude. I took my business else where and will probably take my service work on my new MB elsewhere as well. Found several other dealers who were kind and helpful and found me a car in two days. More
Depending on how much you paid for the car there is were you rank for getting service. In other words, if you buy a Maybach or S Class they bend over backwards to take care of your needs but under $20 thous you rank for getting service. I unfortunately had to leave my car at this dealership over the weekend to get a unexpected service. While i was waiting for a ride resulting in no hope I looked up and realized everyone on the service si over the weekend to get a unexpected service. While i was waiting for a ride resulting in no hope I looked up and realized everyone on the service side had left. No one had check in with me to make sure I was okay after waiting for 2 hours and being the only client in the center. As a young women i cant believed this occurred especially somewhere I am spending my money for quality service. I went over to the showroom side and ask for a complimentary ride and was told the shuttle had left for the day 20 mins prior. Over the course of the weekend Monday comes and it is noon but nobody called me with any updates for my car. I called and was told my service advisor wasn't there for the day and they had no idea what the progress report for me car. Nobody returned for phone calls and I went a day and a half not even knowing if my car was being worked on. I never received a call back from the new service advisor until the following day telling me my call was ready for pickup. The customer service at this place is horrible and made me feel very lonely and stressed. More
