Excellent overall experience from reception to sales to management to service. Sam Samaan was extremely professional, never pushy, communicated well throughout the entire process, and followed up on promi management to service. Sam Samaan was extremely professional, never pushy, communicated well throughout the entire process, and followed up on promises he made. I highly recommend him!!! My only complaint was how long it took to get into the financing office. I waited over 2 hours just to sit down with financing. Jim was a nice guy, but he originally offered me a 72 month loan for 9.74 for 23.5K with a 800+ credit score. We eventually found something more suitable. It was a busy Saturday, but I did not expect to sit around so long just to get the financing wrapped up. More
