After my service in Jacksonville i now only drive to the Daytona dealership because it's a complete 180 in the best way. Nick contacts me promptly, i never feel like im being strung along. He answers all of my questions while also giving his recommendations and why. He always makes me feel like I'm getting the best prices, and if something happens where my car ends up staying longer than presumed. He always sets up Ubers for me to get where i need to go. He will always find a loaner ASAP if need be, even though i might not have made my appointment to have on ready. The service here is exceptional. l've never had one complaint and i feel like that's very rare with a dealership and advisor. I've always loved the mechanics walk through showing my car and the problems, it gives an extra security factor. He answered all my questions and was very up front and honest on interest rates, programs, no "bait and switch" like other dealerships I recently dealt with. DJ was also very thorough going through the car and gave an excellent tutorial on all the vehicles functions and setting up the vehicle to cater our needs. I would highly recommend asking for DJ should you be going in to look at a car with this dealership. Jim Brown was also incredible in the closing process and assisting with financing, in addition to warranties. We were never pressured or swayed into any additional purchases or warranties we weren't comfortable or sure of. Jim caught an error on my part after closing, which was $100, he did the paperwork all over again to ensure I got the $100 back without my asking, he truly cared for my Wife and I and we are most appreciative for this above and beyond effort!
