I have purchased several vehicles in my days and this was - by far - the best car buying experience I've ever had. Prior to arriving, I expressed my nerves and apprehensions. It was the unknown and the amount of potential time I would spend at the store that was leaving me anxious. However, from the first step into Mercedes, my nerves were calmed. Dan Tran was outstanding. I couldn't lift a finger as he was always one step ahead of my every move. The preliminary paperwork was filled out effortlessly. Working with Tim Dalzell in Finance was equally as simple. He explained my loan paperwork with ease and proficiency; all the while I felt as though my best interest was always in mind. From walking in, to driving away in my new car, I was there for less than 90 minutes. It was unbelievable; gone are the days of spending hours at a dealership! As cliche as it sounds, this was a dream car buying experience. The very next day, I was greeted by Danita's voice calling to check on my car, the experience, and ask if there was anything else I needed. Of course I was happy to report all of my needs were not only met, they were exceeded! The best part is that I still get chills every time I sit behind the wheel of my new CLA. I'm so in love! More

I went in looking for a specific car I saw on their website, which was the brand of car I have always wanted to buy. Rodger was very friendly and helpful not over bearing at all. As a younger lady both Rodger and the finance director Tim worked hard to make sure they were looking out for me over the entire course of buying the Volvo. Rodger went as far as to come in on his day off to make sure my window tinting went as smooth as possible. Which was going above and beyond what a normal sales person does. I can not thank both of them enough with helping me purchase the car I have always wanted that I thought was completely out of league. I was on vacation in Daytona for a few days, the car I needed service for was a rental. The rental company would not help me (I started @ 8 am that morniing) got in touch with road side assitance and the needed service for was a rental. The rental company would not help me (I started @ 8 am that morniing) got in touch with road side assitance and they sent a tow truck times two. got me to the dealer to be informed that the rental company needed to give permission to order a key for the car (all my luggage was locked in the trunk with the keys.) Now here I am not sure where I am at a car dealer and not sure how I was gonna get back to my hotel. Not sure how long I was going to be stuck in florida, we were heading home on that Wednesday it Is Monday. The staff said they would work with me (now I am thinking of the expense of key that I will never need again. But bear said to wait a few minutes to see what he could do. He was able to get the car trunk open. Tim made my day by not charging me for any service again this was only a rental and they did not have to go out of their way to help. I recieved many phone calls to check on me after the service. My husband and I rented the car to test it to see if we would like it and we did, after all the help we received when we are ready to but a new care which is soon I plan on flying back to Daytona and by the car from this dealer More

I am so thrilled with my decision and am extremely happy with my new C250 Sport! The entire team I worked with at Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach were superb and made my car buying experience fantastic! At first, I was not sure if I wanted to go with a Certified Pre-Owned or new vehicle so I worked with several employees along the way. The four gentlemen I worked with throughout my car buying process were Bobby Martin, TL Kays, Billy Smith and Andrei Thacker. All of them were extremely helpful and really went out of their way to please. When I was looking at the CPO Mercedes' I worked with Bobby who took the time to go over all the options available to me. When I mentioned that I was not sure whether I wanted to go with a CPO or new vehicle, Bobby introduced me to TL. I had a lot of questions and TL was very patient and throughly answered everything and made sure I fully understood every aspect of the car buying process. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go with a new Mercedes Benz. Billy also helped me realize that owning a new Mercedes Benz was easier than I had expected. He went through several options and scenarios which helped me solidify my decision and move forward with my purchase. Once I decided on the exact vehicle I wanted, Andrei in the Finance department helped me to get the final monthly price in my desired price range. Financing was easy, quick and essentially painless. Upon delivery, TL really took the time to show me how to fully utilize my new Mercedes from front to back and everything in between. I have owned several vehicles and never have I experienced such great service and worked with such caring people until now! This is my first Mercedes Benz, and I know it will not be my last...I am now part of an amazing family!!! After everything, I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach to all my friends and family! Great dealership and great employees! More

I called TL Kays on Monday evening requesting an overnight test drive while leaving my Corvette to be appraised by Bobby Marting. I returned the white E350 on Tuesday, and was driving my own car later the same day. Everything was handled quickly and easily. I'm very satisfied with my new Benz! More
