I was impressed that Dan was more concerned about the dealership and customer than his commission ), Steve showed us all the GLK's and the GL 350, then he showed us the GL 450, as soon as my wife saw the size she was ready for a test drive, then we looked at the silver GL 450 with black interior and she was sold. The vehicle was near perfect for a used vehicle, just a few minor scratches and the door sill plates were scratched up. We drove the GL 450 and the rest is history. Steve had the vehicle detailed and the door sill plates replaces as frosting on the already perfect cake. More

We were truly sold by the quality and workmanship of Mercedes Benz, especially of the AMG. After our visits with you, my search for another brand of car ended. ( Never even set foot in an Audi, Acura or BMW showroom!) We also feel very comfortable and welcome in your friendly atmosphere....had lots of fun! Also, we could be honest with our car preference and did not feel as if we were "imposing". You have a very classy operation. Not just because you sell an expensive product, but because the environment is void of any pretense, attitude, pushiness and judgment. This was my second visit to the Dealership in 4 weeks to find the right vehicle. My salesman was Mr. Mo Mashak. Mo was quite gracious and honest on each occasion, no pressure! Mo filled out filed all the paperwork with Motor Vehicles, insurance etc. He then came to my house to deliver the vehicle and pick up my trade. While there he even programed the remote garage door opener and had to climb a ladder to do so. Want to buy a car ................Go TO MO! I feel very confident in my purchase. I received an equitable value for the consideration given, no buyers remorse and I am assured that if there are any mechanical problems they will be handled in an appropriate manner. A win-win in my book! More

Having taught Sales Seminars all across the United States, I am always aware of the level of professionalism (or lack thereof) during a sales experience. Chris listened. We told him what we wanted, he disappeared and came back within minutes with exactly what we asked for. A truly professional experience which is so rare these days--it stands out in my mind, and Pat's mind. Everyone at the Dealership was friendly and professional. What more can a buyer ask for? We have and will recommend your facility to anyone we meet. And as ours is a very close neighborhood, with dinner meetings and literary clubs, that's quite often. Thanks for a great experience.
