The car is beautiful! I really wanted to have the navigation system. Thought it had one. Didn't discover that it didn't until I went to pick up the car. That is disappointing. I recently purchased an E550. Sadly it had to go in for service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I got my car back 3 days later and after having it 2 da service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. Again, Pat was very kind and assured me that they will take care of the issues and for me not to worry. He stayed in contact with me everyday keeping me current on the status of the repairs. I went in to buy a Sprinter van and the sales man Michael Harrington showed the van to me and answered all my questions either by reading or asking the Sprinter teck.
