My First Benz. It Won't be my Last. I've been wanting a new GLA and they were the only ones who had the one I wanted. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly. I made an appointment and it was a nice place. Management seemed welcoming and my salesman as helpful. Drove it and it was what I expected. Very happy with the price and the deal I got. I thought finance would take forever but it was a quick and respectful experience. When it was ready they showed me some features and how the service department worked. Manager shook my hand and thanked me. For a first-timer I can't anyone would complain about this place. I wouldn't buy a Benz from anybody else and have told my family about it. More

The WORST dealership ever Very costly if you do not do your homework, extremely rude if your trying to buy a low cost car on their lot.. Owner Mr, Gary Yeoman and his general managers will hang up on you, and will interrupt during everything you say, NO welcomed feeling when you walk in! Gave me a quote, I counter, they call me back with a higher quote then the original quote, they can't explain how they over price their cars, 100% TOTAL INCONSISTINCES, THE WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER ENCOUNTED IN THE 67 Years of my life!!! Don't recall the salesman involved, I was not given a business card! More

I was initially unhappy with the difficult buying experience that most of us encounter when purchasing a car. It is pressure packed. When I expressed my unhappiness, their Director of Customer Satisfaction (Boy they really have one, too!), my sales representative Dave and the General Manager, Mr. Smith, immediately addressed our issues and made it all right. Nobody can ask any more of a dealership. If you are not happy as their signs say through out the showroom and the service areas, they will make it right. Very impressive. More

This year when the time came to acquire a new car, I also had a new salesman, one of the nicest young men I could ever hope to work with. He worked diligently to find the colors I wanted, the extras I wanted the car to have plus the price I needed. On delivery he was so informative on everything I needed to know before leaving the dealership. Joe Drewes was an excellent salesman, very patient, understanding, and went beyond the "ordinary salesman" for his customer.
