Best car buying/selling experience even under the unexpected circumstances. My car was in their service department for what I thought was a routine service. Come to find out, a weird feel in the drive I noted to be checked, turned out to be the rear differential going. 6-7k at least to repair. I drive for work, 20-30k miles a year and this car already had 114k miles on it. My service advisor Mike, has helped me take great care of my car the last year but also he knew I had been waiting to sell and understands how much I drive. He was honest about the situation, we discussed pros/cons and without any pressure I came to the conclusion that I need to seriously consider trading in. Jay my salesman helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted, heard my list of have to haves and helped me decide on a couple cars to test drive. After more discussion about what was REALLY important to me, he helped me narrow it down to one. Took a drive, loved it, was exactly what I needed for work and the GLC300 was the upgrade I really needed and wanted. Jay made it so easy to feel good about my decision. Finance worked their magic on getting me the best rate. Cutting the original rate offered in half by continuing to follow up with another other lender until they secured me the best rate possible with the lowest out of pocket possible. Huge thank you for saving me more money! Thank you to everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach for making what started out being an incredibly stressful day a very happy one in the end. You have a customer for life! I LOVE my certified pre owned GLC300!!! More

I purchased a 2019 Lincoln MKC with 53,000 miles from Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach on January 31, 2025, for $19,999. While I was initially pleased with the buying process, what followed was deeply disa Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach on January 31, 2025, for $19,999. While I was initially pleased with the buying process, what followed was deeply disappointing. I was out of town from February 5 to March 2, and the vehicle remained parked in my garage. After returning, I drove it for about 1,200 miles between March 3 and April 6, when the check engine light came on. I brought the vehicle to the Lincoln dealership just down the road from Mercedes-Benz for diagnostics, and multiple codes were detected as P0304, P0316 cylinder 4 misfire, engire misfire, etc. They recommended the engine block to be replaced — an $11,113 repair. What’s more concerning is that the Lincoln service advisor pulled a report showing that the same diagnostic trouble codes had been detected right before I purchased the vehicle, while it was still under Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach’s ownership. This was never disclosed to me at the time of sale, despite I had requested all the service records and vehicle history. All I was provided with was a copy of Carfax which doesn’t include the material detect described above. I returned to Mercedes-Benz and spoke with used car Sales Manager Bob multiple times to either cover the cost of the repair or take the vehicle back, considering the defect existed prior to my purchase. Unfortunately, he refused to take responsibility. As a licensed dealer, customers depend on their honesty and integrity to provide vehicles that are safe, reliable and transparently represented. Failing to disclose a known engine defect, or should have known the engine defect is a serious breach of that trust, or a breach of Florida law. It’s extremely disappointing to experience this kind of lack of transparency and unwillingness to stand behind the vehicles they sell. I don't recommed this dealer to anyone. More

The regular BC service items were corrected fine, but felt pushed into doing other items that weren’t actually needed at this time. The has 26,000 miles, was being push to replace Spark plugs that aren’t felt pushed into doing other items that weren’t actually needed at this time.
