I purchased a 2012 GL350 and had the vehicle delivered to my home in another state. The vehicle arrived with an inoperable mirror. I took it to another Mercedes dealership, who informed me that the vehicle my home in another state. The vehicle arrived with an inoperable mirror. I took it to another Mercedes dealership, who informed me that the vehicle was in need of the mirror repair, brakes, and was leaking oil and the adblue injector required replacement. The estimated cost to repair the vehicle is $7K. I had asked John Morgan, the sales rep. to have the vehicle checked out and I was told it was all set to go. I am an older person and this represents a huge burden for me. For a Mercedes dealership; they are a disgrace. More

Not only did he arrange to let us drive three different models over the course of 90 minut came in with loads of questions regarding the GL SUV line.
