Well I can start off with the first phone call. I was transferred to Mr. John Morgan, that conversation was so professional and was personable. He then let me know that an other man would be calling back shortly what is the best time due to the fact that I am currently on nights. Mr. Jerry Eberts called me and I took the same thing away from this man. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE, A PROFESSIONAL AT HIS JOB. VERY NALIBLE OF MERCEDES-BENZ. Took as much time as needed making sure that all questions was answered, showing me thangs in and outside of the car that I thing a lot of people would have just thought.......... well they can just read the owners manual. Then from a the finance department Ms. Jennifer McNicholas was a pleasure to work with.
