I brought my car to be looked at because of the clear coat peeling. I was told it’s do to a rock and they would get an estimate together for me. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday, May 4th at 10am for oil change and service A. I was told that I would be notified later that day of when it was ready. I was not notified by 5pm and I called and was i oil change and service A. I was told that I would be notified later that day of when it was ready. I was not notified by 5pm and I called and was informed that Laura was gone for the day but that my vehicle would be ready first thing the next morning. I arrived Wednesday at noon and was told that they wouldn't have my vehicle ready until Thursday. Again I never had any communication whatsoever with Laura, my representative. I finally received a text on Thursday that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I am happy with the vehicle but disappointed with the complete lack of communication with my representative. This is only the second service encounter and the first was the same. More
