We wanted to come back to Mercedes Benz (previously had a 2017 GLS450 we traced in last year for another make). We met Patrick when we arrived and were greeted very professionally. Due to the inventory shortage, Patrick informed us no GLS units were on the lot. He sensed our disappointment and invited us in to "see how he could serve us". Patrick took condiserable time to see if a GLS series could be found finally locating a GLS580 which was scheduled for delivery at a future date. We also met Kyle Miller as Patrick was searching. As the search proceeded, Ryan Cafferal came by to say hi. (We knew Ryan from our previous servicing of the GLS450). It was nice to see Ryan and feel his enthusiasm that we returned to the dealership for another vehicle. After making everything was available and indeed the GLS580 Patrick found was to our liking and available, we put down our deposit and waited. The GLS580 came in and Patrick worked with us on negotiating a fair price for our trade in and made the whole transaction very easy for us. Kyle Miller assisted us with closing the deal and we were very pleased. After the deal was complete, Jacob Collins (I don't see his name listed below, so 5 stars for him as well) who dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's so the paperwork was correct and the check was written. On to the final delivery of the vehicle with Erica King doing an outstanding job of showing us all the features of the GLS580 and making sure we understood everything (add 5 more stars please). A final handshake with Patrick and Erica and we were on our way home with our new GLS580. Looking out the passenger side window, Patrick and Erica gave us a thumbs up as we exited the service bay. I would also like to shout out to Ryan Cafferal. Ryan's outstanding service support with my previous GLS450 (and the professional support by the technical team each time I brought in my GLS450) was a big factor in selecting Mercedes Benz of Covington once again. 5 stars for Ryan and the service team please. I look forward to working with everyone at MB Covington once again, and know that my new, GLS580 is in the best of hands. Thanks once again for the great work Patrick, we'll talk soon. More
Good service...I asked Service dept. to repair my SUV. Mr. Ryan was very helpful on getting the Service i requested. I really appreciated him getting me a loaner. My SUV needed parts..The parts were order Mr. Ryan was very helpful on getting the Service i requested. I really appreciated him getting me a loaner. My SUV needed parts..The parts were ordered and took a day or two.to arrive Unfortunately ,after the parts arrived the cost exceeded the amount that was previously quoted by Mr. Ryan. The SUV was repaired without using the additional parts. Mr. Ryan kept me well inform to all needed repairs. He is dependable and very courteous to his Customers. I will recommend service with Mercedes of Covington. More

Service manager said she was very busy and did not think she could service my car for a dead battery that I purchased in May 2021.I was able to get the car jumped and to the dealership. My car was serviced she could service my car for a dead battery that I purchased in May 2021.I was able to get the car jumped and to the dealership. My car was serviced and was given a new battery with no charge. Very satisfied with the Agent that helped me. I am concerned about a brand new battery that went bad in 3 months, makes me wonder if it was changed when I purchased it in May. Hopefully this battery will last longer. I was pleased with the outcome and very thankful. More

I am 73 yrs old and this is the most pleasant car buying experience of my lifetime! Jerry Eberts, our salesman was extraordinary, never pushy, gave us time to consider our choice.
