This dealership has a wonderful staff that is ready to help their customers. I needed one of my tires replaced because it had an egg in it. With no internet or WiFi, Laurie and Ryan did everything necessa help their customers. I needed one of my tires replaced because it had an egg in it. With no internet or WiFi, Laurie and Ryan did everything necessary to enable me to bring my car in on 9/6/21 with a short staff and get my car taken care of in about 3 hours. They did what needed to be done and emailed me to pick it up as soon as they were finished. I got great service even though they were short handed and they did everything with no internet or WiFi. Kiddos to the working people at Mercedes!! More
