We have purchased many vehicles over the years, both new and used. This has by far been the most pleasant experience yet. In the past, going into the dreaded Finance Manager's office has always been a nightmare in the past, but Jacob Collins was very polite and professional and did not pressure us on any part of the financing. It was the best experience we've ever had in a Finance Managers' office when buying a vehicle. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Jamal KarKar who had so much enthusiasm and loyalty to this brand that he could have easily sold me on the vehicle just listening to him describe all the features of the vehicle. He was so passionate and I could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he does and where he works. Overall, the entire experience was 5-star from start to finish. The facility is very clean and accomodating, we were treated very well, and we felt like they appreciated our business. Going forward, I can't see us going to another dealership or brand ever again.
