The service department forgot to put the lug nuts back on my 16 daughter’s car during her scheduled 50,000 mile maintenance service. Her tire fell off on her way to school. We are thankful it rained and she my 16 daughter’s car during her scheduled 50,000 mile maintenance service. Her tire fell off on her way to school. My visit was great, appt. was on time. Check-in easy and quick, did a complete auto inspection and two recalls in a timely manner. Treated me with respect and at least 3 staff was on time. When my GLC 300 had damaged parts, the orders and time waiting was way too long. After that, another broken part has suddenly discovered, and that too more and more orders and repairs. My experience with Patrick Breen and MB of Covington was the best I have ever had in my life. My wife and I were placed in a relaxing atmosphere, not rush, pushed or urged to purchase any vehicle.
