Priceless and typical! I can assure this review is not bogus and it’s not meant to go back and forth with the dealership. While I may not have correctly identified the positions these people are in, each one that was tagged, we directly worked with. This review is 100% honest and factual and the people tagged are absolutely correct. As I mentioned, I WILL not go back and forth with you on this. There is no need for me to tell you who I am because that’s not what this is about. This review is for others who may be considering a stop in MB of Covington to know that this is what goes on there. We were able to purchase from another MB dealership that went above and beyond, so there is nothing to be gained by giving out our personal information to you.

The reason it is important to know who you are is so we can help rectify any situation which may have arisen at the dealership. That's why an email was provided for you to communicate and for me to personally assist. You didn't correctly identify people period, if you dealt with an internet manager why didn't you know who he was or the General Manager? We are unable to identify who you are in our system and EVER customer is logged, therefore without any merit via email or here in a public forum, you appear to be someone hiding behind a screen name and we cannot give any clout to it.

The dealership already knows the situation. It was brought to their attention at the time and their response was appalling, which was why we left the review. Customers in the market for a vehicle can take the review for what it’s worth. By you badgering and coming back in an aggressive tone each and every message is not a good look and if I were someone in the market for a vehicle and saw these responses, it would make me question the hostility of the dealership. Let people decide for themselves. We just wanted it on record what our experience was like. We will not engage further in this, so it is not necessary to continue with the back and forth. Just know that I promise my account is 100% accurate in what our experience was and it was immediately mentioned to the dealership. They had no interest in rectifying the situation at that time, so we took our business elsewhere. My goal in writing the review is to make sure that people in the market for a vehicle do their due diligence. I would hope that in the future, regardless of whether you know who we are or not, all of your employees treat everyone with respect and kindness that they deserve. We did not get that type of experience and had we, we would have left a fantastic review.
