The service dept at this dealership is awful! When I brought my SUV in for service, I received a text message stating I had about $6K worth of repairs. I had no choice but to decline because of the large sum of money but was pretty disappointed because the car was only 3 years old. David never mentioned a thing about warranty coverage. After some digging and being really upset, I found out the repairs were under warranty. Why would the service dept not give me this info??? I brought my car back in to be fixed. The service dept stated that if I brought my car in on Monday morning, they would have it done by Friday afternoon. I asked repeatedly if they were sure because I needed the car to go out of town Friday. Low and behold, Friday afternoon comes and the car is still in pieces. And guess what, no loaner car!!! This past weekend, I finally traded in my Mercedes for another brand as did my neighbor for the same sort of issues with this dealership. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! They try to rip you off and have the "don't give a crap" attitude. I have several other neighbors that are getting fed up and are planning to trade their Mercedes in for something else. More

Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. The general manager was rude and arrogant. Completely dissatisfied with the lack of professional that we were subjected to. We have taken our vehicle to this location SEVERAL times and this is the first time and the last I will allow myself to be that we were subjected to. We have taken our vehicle to this location SEVERAL times and this is the first time and the last I will allow myself to be toyed with. Laura Copeland's condescending attitude and negative rebuttal that was displayed was COMPLETELY uncalled for. We dropped our vehicle off on Thursday for service, not even getting as much as a phone call for updates. I called late Friday evening to be told that our vehicle was ready for pickup, and to look over the email for further recommendations, of which we didn't get and had to call back to verify an email address... At that time I information the person I spoke with that we would be there Saturday morning to pick up our vehicle. We arrive on Saturday to be told that was not the case and whomever relayed that information to us shouldn't have. The technician working on the vehicle was off and didn't close the ticked and they had no way of know if the vehicle was completed. We were unable to get a loaner because we didn't purchase the vehicle from that particular dealership which I think is a load of bull.. AT THIS POINT, I'M LIVID!!! FOUR days with a car and not a remorseful soul in the building. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to spend my hard earned money where my presence is not valued. More
