Terrible customer service. . my G63 2023 sat at dealer for 3 weeks waiting on feedback from service manager on repairs required, after the 3rd week I was advised Mercedes author . my G63 2023 sat at dealer for 3 weeks waiting on feedback from service manager on repairs required, after the 3rd week I was advised Mercedes authorize the required repair. No follow up and communications. After the third week I was offered a loaner car. Having purchased two prior high end vehicles from dealer and looking to purchase the G63 which they had in stock the dealer was looking for a 60k over sticker at the time..I ended up purchasing the vehicle from a west coast dealer for sticker. Zero customer loyalty and in summary service dept folks are inept.. More

Marcos is a true professional. He made my service experience smooth and seamless. I explained to him what was wrong with my car, he paired me up with a courtesy loaner vehicle whi He made my service experience smooth and seamless.
