I recently purchased a new C-300 from your Dealership. I wanted some additional products and have been dealing with David Robinson in the Parts Department. He made extra efforts to order these accessories for me; obtained them very quickly;on the date he promised; and was very resonsive in calling me when things arrived. This is my first Mercedes, and I have had a number of questions. David has always had the answers, and, notably, has always made a point of encouraging me to call any time with any question or request. I also have found notable that, although my deaings have been recent and not extensive,he has recoginzed me when I call. This type of forthcoming assistance is rare these days. I have recieved exceptional service and advice from David Robinison. More
The service was fantastic. I had a warranty from CarMax that I brought to Val's attention almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and he went out of his way to make sure that the warranty was b that I brought to Val's attention almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and he went out of his way to make sure that the warranty was being maximized. Although the price was originally $576, the warranty lowered it to $131, a SIGNIFICANT improvement that was really just time taken away from Val with no benefits. Further, I had my trunk mechanism replaced, and they did a better job than I could expect; I'm pretty sure they completely replaced the mechanism with an alternative, improved mechanism. The only issue was the price of the seat control, which I also had replaced. The part itself was over $300, so I felt that that was too expensive, but it was probably unavoidable regardless of the dealership I went to. Therefore, the only thing I am critical of was the actual price of work, which was pretty steep. However, for all of the benefits the dealership offered, so long as it's covered by a warranty, I find no reason to go to anywhere but Bill Ussery. More

Besides that they kept me waiting for a scheduled appointment, I feel I am being sold stuff that is not necessary. I feel like I am getting duped.
