I did not have a pleasant experience with the sales dept. at this dealership once I tried to buy my Mercedes ML350 which I was leasing. The sales rep. including the manager did not provide me with all of my at this dealership once I tried to buy my Mercedes ML350 which I was leasing. The sales rep. including the manager did not provide me with all of my options which caused me to contact the Mercedes dealer in Naples, Florida that helped me keep my car through their pre-owned financing dept. Due to the economy, my credit was not that great and the Gables Mercedes did not go the extra mile for me. However, the reason why I enjoy servicing my car with Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables is my service advisor, Lorena Renteria. She is the best. She anticipates all of my needs. She makes sure that my car is serviced and informs me of costly repairs beforehand. She is personable, caring, and is a perfect example of what great customer service is. I had a bad experience with their sales department, but I cannot say enough about how great their service advisor, Lorena Renteria is. Their service dept. should learn from her. More
