This morning I took my Mercedes E350 because I was having problems with one of the front lights. I did not have an appoitment. I was greeded by Raydell Leon. Mr. Leon was very professional and helpful and took care of the situation within minutes. It was a very pleasant experience. Just for informational purposes I have been a customer of the Mercededs Benz at Coral Gables for approximately 10 years. I have bought three cars from them and I have always being very pleased with the customer service they provide in sales as well as service. Will continue doing business with them. More
Since I have been financially able to, I have always owned Mercedes Benz. Currently, I own a 2012 350 SLK. My last 2 vehicles an ML 350 and the 350 SLK, I bought at your new Cutler Bay location in order owned Mercedes Benz. Currently, I own a 2012 350 SLK. My last 2 vehicles an ML 350 and the 350 SLK, I bought at your new Cutler Bay location in order to avoid the Coral Gables site. Although, I live in the roads area in Miami, I would not go to the Coral Gables dealership because I always felt that the customer service was very poor. Therefore, I traveled to Cutler Bay where the customer service excelled; although, it is very far for me. One day, I had an issue with my car and I was forced to go to the Coral Gables site due to time management issues. There, I was greeted by Mr. Robinson in a very friendly and professional manner. Mr. Robinson mentioned that he had never seen me there before and I explained to him why. Mr. Robinson assured me that I would not experience bad customer service again and that he was sorry that I felt negative regarding the dealership. Then he gave me his business card and told me to see him in Parts and Accessories if I ever had any complaints. He assured me that whatever bad experiences I had before would not re-occur again. Although, I was very reluctant, Mr. Robinson's genuineness, assertiveness, professionalism, and business ethics, drove me to try the dealership again. I have now been there (either for me or my girlfriend's mercedes), a few times since my initial encounter with Mr. Robinson. Thanks to him, I have changed my perception and have received excellent care. I would like to commend this individual who is such an asset to your company and exemplary employee. And thank him, for taking the time to make my business time more efficient and profitable by being able to drop off my cars for service only a few blocks from my home! Lorena and Ignacio have been very helpful in the service department. I used to go to Mercedes-Benz of Miami, but I have been extremely happy with my switch to Coral Gables. I have owned Mercedes Benz vehicles on and off in South Florida for over 30 years, one of the reasons I think twice about owning the vehicle is the lousy service at Mercedes of Coral Gables (The former Bil Florida for over 30 years, one of the reasons I think twice about owning the vehicle is the lousy service at Mercedes of Coral Gables (The former Bill Ussery) and when I compare it to the service I get with my other car (Acura) there is no comparison. When I have a warranty problem or need service with Mercedes of Coral Gables you need an appointment and it usually is a big deal for them to "fit you in" in a seven day period, my Acura dealer seems eager to set me up and usually within 24 hours. The cost of service at Mercedes is way past crazy, Oil change $450!!! At Acura Dealership $29.95 WTF!. The final kicker is that my latest Mercedes I bought at a dealer on the West coast of Florida and thus for warranty service at Mercedes of Coral Gables they won't give me a loaner car, my Acura needs far less warranty service and when I got warranty service at another dealer I still got a loaner and it was an Acura, at Mercedes of Coral Gables I had to pay for the loaner car and it was a Dodge!!! I read all the reviews for this dealership and the only thing I can think is that they have paid an internet company to push all the bad reviews down, because how can this many people be happy paying $450.00 for an oil change or waiting a week to get their broken car in for service??? Maybe these people just like to be taken, I must admit they are very friendly as they are robbing you blind! More
I have purchased and serviced my Mercedes vehicles at Bill Ussery Coral Gables for over 20 years. They are only getting better. When I dropped off my car for service, Ms. Ruiz saw me immediately. This has always been the case since I was fortunate enough to have Ms. Ruiz as my service advisor. She filled out the necessary paperwork and made arrangements for me to have a rental car. The rental car was ready immediatly because Ms. Ruiz made the necessary arrangements. This was important to me since I had a business meeting I had to attend. When I was returning to Bill Ussery, I called them to confirm that my car was ready. They confirmed that it was ready and asked me when I would be in to pick it up. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was ready and parked in the drive through area. When I entered the service area, a young woman asked me my name. She obtained the paperwork on my car as I was returning my rental car. After the rental car was returned, the same young woman gave me my paper work and helped me carry my belongings to the car. My car was washed and cleaned and the service work had been completed. More

Very happy with the experience. The work was completed quickly and ahead of schedule. The loaner car was a very nice feature...it allowed me to take care of some business while I waited.
