Lorena and Ignacio have been very helpful in the service department. I used to go to Mercedes-Benz of Miami, but I have been extremely happy with my switch to Coral Gables. I took my car to this dealer for service "D", the whole experience was excellent from making the appt to leaving the dealer with my car shining. Mr. Rengifo was very flexible with the appoitment schedule, he called to explain the car conditions, advised when car was ready for picking up, he was available all the time to answer all inquires. His knowledge and professionalism was impressive and made me feel secure and confortable with the service. I definately come back to this dealer for all my cars needs. More
I have owned Mercedes Benz vehicles on and off in South Florida for over 30 years, one of the reasons I think twice about owning the vehicle is the lousy service at Mercedes of Coral Gables (The former Bil Florida for over 30 years, one of the reasons I think twice about owning the vehicle is the lousy service at Mercedes of Coral Gables (The former Bill Ussery) and when I compare it to the service I get with my other car (Acura) there is no comparison. When I have a warranty problem or need service with Mercedes of Coral Gables you need an appointment and it usually is a big deal for them to "fit you in" in a seven day period, my Acura dealer seems eager to set me up and usually within 24 hours. The cost of service at Mercedes is way past crazy, Oil change $450!!! At Acura Dealership $29.95 WTF!. The final kicker is that my latest Mercedes I bought at a dealer on the West coast of Florida and thus for warranty service at Mercedes of Coral Gables they won't give me a loaner car, my Acura needs far less warranty service and when I got warranty service at another dealer I still got a loaner and it was an Acura, at Mercedes of Coral Gables I had to pay for the loaner car and it was a Dodge!!! I read all the reviews for this dealership and the only thing I can think is that they have paid an internet company to push all the bad reviews down, because how can this many people be happy paying $450.00 for an oil change or waiting a week to get their broken car in for service??? Maybe these people just like to be taken, I must admit they are very friendly as they are robbing you blind! More
I have purchased and serviced my Mercedes vehicles at Bill Ussery Coral Gables for over 20 years. They are only getting better. When I dropped off my car for service, Ms. Ruiz saw me immediately. This has always been the case since I was fortunate enough to have Ms. Ruiz as my service advisor. She filled out the necessary paperwork and made arrangements for me to have a rental car. The rental car was ready immediatly because Ms. Ruiz made the necessary arrangements. This was important to me since I had a business meeting I had to attend. When I was returning to Bill Ussery, I called them to confirm that my car was ready. They confirmed that it was ready and asked me when I would be in to pick it up. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was ready and parked in the drive through area. When I entered the service area, a young woman asked me my name. She obtained the paperwork on my car as I was returning my rental car. After the rental car was returned, the same young woman gave me my paper work and helped me carry my belongings to the car. My car was washed and cleaned and the service work had been completed. More

Service and product knowledge was really lacking, My car was under original Mercedes Benz basic warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles, i have a 2008 c350 with 42000 miles. I went to the dealer because the rea was under original Mercedes Benz basic warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles, i have a 2008 c350 with 42000 miles. I went to the dealer because the rear right signal light and front light were out, first when i got there i was assisted by Fernando a sales adviser, first thing he told me when he checked the car was " the lights you have are after market and as so are not covered under the warranty" i said these lights come original with the p2 package , they are bi xenon lights so everything should be covered. He insisted saying no, and that he was going to double check with the technician. He told me that it was best to leave and come back the next day, mind that i had to leave work to do this and all this time a full day! to check if i was covered or not, unbelievable!!. He then calls me that same day at night around 7:20pm and tells me " as i previously said , the warranty is not going to cover it, so he sent me an estimate for the repairs of $ 875.00 dollars! I told him Fernando this is ridiculous , you are charging me almost a thousand dollars to change some light bulbs that as a matter of fact should be covered under warranty. Well we went back and forth discussing it, and since he wasn't doing anything to help me, I told him OK never mind i cant pay 875.00 dollars right now for some light bulbs that cost 20 bucks a piece, you guys are ridiculous please let me just get my car and ill get a second opinion somewhere else, and to my biggest surprise when i went the next day to get the car, they charged me a " cover fee " of 117.00 dollars just for pretty much telling me the estimate, since no work at all was done to the car. and which by the way he never mentioned a word about cover charges or estimate charges. This is the second Mercedes I've owned , and i love the car, however this issue has greatly disappointed me , i expect nothing but the best from a company such as Mercedes, otherwise i would've bought a Toyota or a Kia. I will definitely post this review in the web and to all Mercedes Benz review web sites, so other people are aware of how they do business in the Coral Gables service center. MR. LUIS GUTIERREZ IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION MEANS. HE REALLY GOES THAT EXTRA MILE TO HELP YOU AND TO MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE HIS DEALER WITH A SMILE. AFTER A REALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH A PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE. HE CONTACTED ME AND HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME GET THE REPLACEMENT PARTS AND BULBS THAT I WAS MISSING EVEN THOUGH ONE OF THEM WAS NOT AN ORIGINAL FACTORY BULB. THIS GENTLEMEN HAS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. AS A PROFESSIONAL IN THE BANKING AND FINANCE INDUSTRY I ONLY EXPECT TOP NOTCH SERVICE, BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE I GIVE TO MY CLIENTS IS THE ONE THAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM A COMPANY SUCH AS MERCEDES BENZ AND EVEN MORE IN THE CORAL GABLES AREA WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HIGH END AFFLUENT CLIENTELE AREA.I WILL RECOMMEND LUIS TO ALL OF MY CLIENTS THAT INQUIRE ABOUT MERCEDES BENZ OF CORAL GABLES.
