Technician Ernesto Rodriguez did a great job, My car would not start so I called Mercedes Benz Roadside assistance. I was told that the technician would call me in 10 minutes, and be at my location wit would not start so I called Mercedes Benz Roadside assistance. I was told that the technician would call me in 10 minutes, and be at my location within 45 minutes to an hour. Mr. Rodriguez called much sooner than the ten minutes and arrived well before the 45 minute ETA. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the battery, He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for employing such great people. More
