Rosi is exceptional. The service was done really fast. I never had to wait for anybody. Rosi was ready at the appointment time, she did the paperwork in seconds and received the courtesy car faster than I c never had to wait for anybody. I had a slow leaking tire and discovered a puncture - on Dec 31. I had a choice of going for a patch at a gas station or tire store, or calling the dealer. But I have had a relationship with that dealershi Dec 31. I had a choice of going for a patch at a gas station or tire store, or calling the dealer. But I have had a relationship with that dealership, and with service representative Marcos Gonzalez, for more than a dozen years, so I called him. He called back within 15 minutes, was very candid to tell me it would cost a bit more there, but said he's squeeze me in. I opted to go there. Marcos was friendly, gracious, assured me he'd investigate a patch before suggessting a new tire (I had only 5K miles on this very new car), and although the service center was bedlam just before the holiday, he got it all done -- and with a car wash thrown in -- for a patch which all cost just $52. And in the meantime, I had a great cup of coffee and was able to work on my computer so as not to lose the time. I was back in my office in time for lunch. Speed, efficiency and more than friendliness - genuine warmth. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
