as customer service is excellent excellent customer service . but i had to take my car 3 time to service after engine control module update as'' Mercedes Benz'' recommend it, after th excellent customer service . but i had to take my car 3 time to service after engine control module update as'' Mercedes Benz'' recommend it, after that my car start given me a problems every 2 o 3 weeks with lights in dashboard and transmission problems the last time was last week and i got my car after 4 days and now seem like is working fine so i hope in the next few weeks no more lights comes on hopefully... but thank you for the best customer service in the world , More

I was greeted very kindly at the entrance and immediately helped by my service representat I brought in my car due to a water leak inside the vehicle. Excellent Service!! From the moment you drive up you are welcomed and greeted by staff members who immediately inquire about your visit. Service reps are very informative From the moment you drive up you are welcomed and greeted by staff members who immediately inquire about your visit. Service reps are very informative and keep you in the loop as to the status of your vehicle. There is a nice refreshment area with coffee and drinks, and some baked goods. The waiting area has a TV but the volume is low enough where you can get some work done or make phone calls. Once your car is ready it is delivered with a water bottle inside, carpets vacuumed, and car clean. Now that's what I call service!!! Keep up the great work! More
