Great service experience I originally leased my car from MB of Miami but had a terrible experience just trying to schedule my car for service as their telephone staff are terr I originally leased my car from MB of Miami but had a terrible experience just trying to schedule my car for service as their telephone staff are terrible. I established the service to be performed at MB of Coral Gables and have been extremely pleased with the service I receive there. Yesterday I brought the car in for scheduled comprehensive Service B at 11am and I was notified the car was ready by 3pm. My service advisor Tony Fuentes had all aspects of the service taken care of in advance and he works closely with the gentleman at the loaner car desk so obtaining and returning the loaner vehicle was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
