Perfect Experience! When I dropped off my car for service promptly for my 10am appointment, my service consultant was with another client. I expressed that I had an 11am appointment to attend for work and needed the processing and loaner car by 10:30am. I was taken seriously and introduced immediately to another consultant in appreciation for my time constraint. I am very grateful to have been accommodated as I'm sure everyone has time constraints. I felt well taken care of, well-informed, and I was made to feel important despite it being a busy time of day in the service department at both drop off and pick up. My car was presented to me upon pickup in impeccable condition - hand washed and with a complimentary bottle of water in the cup holder! Wow! More
