Dropped off my car for service I had some questions about my service and Luis Soto always has an answer for me and and is always here to help. He directed me to Jose Artiles and told me I was in good hands with him. Jose artiles was very professional and made sure i felt comfortable through out the whole process. He explained to me with detail what was going on with my vehicle and gave me the peace of mind that I could call him on any occassion if the issue continues. Being that this is a car ive only owned for 5 months and its been brought in for the same issue twice, i was initally very upset. Luis and Jose were definitely able to turn that around and hopefully the car is okay now! I'm glad i always have either of them to reach out to now if I ever have any concerns. More
