Recently Dave's manager Tommy Juan stopped all shop work to help me locate my iPhone after I lost it in the men's room. This may sound small, but to me it exemplifies the people, which has made me a Coral Gables Mercedes Benz loyal customer for over a decade. Recall I bought my C300 convertible in January and received a letter saying there was a recall. I called the service dept and scheduled the service for 10:0 I bought my C300 convertible in January and received a letter saying there was a recall. I called the service dept and scheduled the service for 10:00am on Wednesday, June 7th. I arrived on time and was seen immediately. I was given a new loaner car and was told I might be able to have my car back at the end of the day. At 1:00pm that afternoon, I received a call room the service dept saying my car was ready. When I returned to Mercedes Benz my car had been washed and a bottle of cold water was sitting inside. This was really a first rate experience. More

I was provided with a ride to my home, a nice service for customers who do not require a service car, and as promised I received my call that my car was ready, as promised. I couldn't pick it up so without issue, my car was held until the following morning. I called as I was leaving home and when I arrived, my car was there, body washed, tired shined and ready as promised, meeting all of my high expectations. Thanks Tony.....always a pleasure! More
