They make you feel special I recently took my car for the 20,000 mile service plus a change of two tires that were worn out . Since the Labor Day weekend was starting that sam I recently took my car for the 20,000 mile service plus a change of two tires that were worn out . Since the Labor Day weekend was starting that same day, I knew it would probably take longer than a regular service, so I requested a loaner to get me through the weekend. The service center is extremely comfortable, and they offer you free baked goodies and coffee, watching television while you wait. In less than 15 minutes my car had been taken, and I got a very comfortable Mercedes on loan. They give you text message updates and keep you updated. When I went to pick up my car, the process was swift and easy. I used to have an Audi, but I must say that in comparison, the service and attention at this Mercedes dealership is far superior. I would consider getting another Mercedes as my next car just because of the service I get. More
