When I dropped off my car for service this past Wednesday, I was informed that the Service Department was backed up due t Thank you Lorena!!!!!!!!!! When I dropped off my car for service this past Wednesday, I was informed that the Service Department was backed up due to the load of work brought on by Hurricane Irma. I was given an approximate date of at least three full days to complete the service to my automobile. I called early on Thursday to let Lorena know that I needed my car, and would re-schedule the service.................well, guess what?!?!?! My car was delivered Thursday afternoon, all service done!!!! Needless to say, I was extremely surprised, and very grateful. Lorena is the best!!!!!!!! More
