Alberto has been handling my complain with both Mercedes Benz of North America and Germany since they already installed a new transmission in my car and the vehicle keeps doing the same thing. During these months Alberto has not only demonstrated he is an excellent mechanic but also a very good proof of what a Department Manager should do to please a customer and be courteous to him. My service advisor, Jesus Romero, has always kept on top of the repairs, advising me of the progress throughout. The system for obtaining a loaner has been greatly improved . Where before there was always a wait, now you are escorted to the counter, show your licenses, insurance and credit card and are immediately escorted to your loaner which, in my case, was the latest version of the car I was driving. While servicing a car is never entirely convenient, Mercedes of Coral Gables has made it as easy as possible. More
