All dealerships "romance" the customer until they have their money. Once you have already purchased the car and they have received your money, they quickly treat you like just another "sucker" who is now their money. Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables has not felt that way to me. I have been a customer since 2005 and I will continue to come back. The main reason for this, is my service advisor, Marcos Gonzalez. Marcos goes out of his way and make the customers he serves like part of the Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables family. And this is what makes people choose one dealership over another. More
