Service Advisor Valentin Sanchez knew his job, did not try to sell me things my car did not require and w The Tone was business like and professional. Service Advisor Valentin Sanchez knew his job, did not try to sell me things my car did not require and when an issue came up, he asked me what I wanted to do and that was it. The staff that handled the loaner were also professional and businesslike, knew the drill and did their job efficiently. Dealership was neat and clean and humming. This is a world of difference from previous experience at Mercedes of Cutler bay which is a much newer and nicer facility peopled with idiots. I went in there for brake pads and they stuck me for rear rotors and wanted to stick me for front rotors as well (at less than 20k miles!!). All i needed was pads and the advisor knew it but wanted to upsell me - I did it as I did not have time and needed my car back but I will never willingly return to Mercedes of Cutler bay after experiencing good service at Mercedes of Coral Gables - if this continues you have a customer for as long as I own a Mercedes. More
