He provided the needed information and assurances for the replacement of the battery (5 years old) quickly and efficiently with the computer properly reset , no fuss no muss. Car was returned earlier than expect - washed and cleaned with no surprises. I appreciated the care and attention to Pandemic controls - masks and social distancing. While having this done at MBCG is more expensive, I have learned that it sometimes is easier and saves time in the long run for these types of issues to take it directly to MBCG. More
