4th Mercedes I own, and almost always got efficient, and professional service. Once I was recommended a brake service that wasn't needed till 6 months later. Early in the morning Dave offers an update of what’s going on so you never have to wonder or hunt him down. In the past I’ve had to call many times and leave messages for my service advisor who would take his sweet time to return my call then said he had to get an update on the vehicle and call me back. I am so elated to have had such a different experience. Dave really rolls out the red carpet for his customers with his professionally, his congeniality and trustworthiness, in addition of having a transparent approach ( no hidden fees or surprises) BEST SERVICE ADVISOR EVER! He provided the needed information and assurances for the replacement of the battery (5 years old) quickly and efficiently with the computer properly reset , no fuss no muss. Car was returned earlier than expect - washed and cleaned with no surprises. I appreciated the care and attention to Pandemic controls - masks and social distancing. While having this done at MBCG is more expensive, I have learned that it sometimes is easier and saves time in the long run for these types of issues to take it directly to MBCG. More
