Wow. At 76 yrs old We have bought many vehicles at many dealerships and had developed a distaste of the process. After informing Reggie about our specific Auto with everything we wanted incl exact colors & options let alone it was a difficult car to find. We also required no “Dealer Market Adjustment” and no long list of dealer fees😎. Within a day he found an out of town exact 2023 Mercedes Benz. Reggie asked for another day to obtain the vehicle and detail it before delivery with a concierge to instruct us on how to use the vehicle & pair phones.Here is the surprise; knowing the price goal Reggie exceeded our expectations. He is a Retired Marine and well mannered and a gentleman- a business man. The next amazing surprise win was the speed of getting through financing at their best rate and the paperwork with Mr Luis Soto, financial services consultant. What other dealerships takes hours, Luis’s paperwork went like a wiz. And like the dealership Louis was very businesslike from dress to personality.
