My wife had leased a Buick Enclave earlier the same week and they brought the new car to the house with the paperwork and it took less than 15 minutes to sign everything and complete the transaction. I had agreed on my deal at Mercedes of Coral Gables several days in advance and went to the dealership and it took a couple of hours and I had understood my windows would be tinted but then was told there that they did not have time so I will have to get it done myself and pay out of pocket. The car mileage was higher than expected and annual lease mileage allowance lower than expected (7500 versus 10000 which was the lowest listed online) but overall acceptable given the price. Also I will have to return to get floormats as there apparently was a miscommunication and the parts department closed while I was waiting for my paperwork. Overall, nothing terrible and the people I dealt with were nice and polite but given the luxury image projected by the brand and dealership when the service was far superior from General Motors and Williamson Cadillac, I could not honestly five 5 stars. That being said, george Cirobea in sales was excellent and had patiently met with me a couple of times and gave 5 star service in selling me on Mercedes which I have never owned before - I was seriously considering the Audi A6 and it was George that convinced me to choose the E350 instead More
