All dealerships "romance" the customer until they have their money. Once you have already purchased the car and they have received your money, they quickly treat you like just another "sucker" who is now their money. Once you have already purchased the car and they have received your money, they quickly treat you like just another "sucker" who is now tied to them because you purchased from them. Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables has not felt that way to me. I have been a customer since 2005 and I will continue to come back. The main reason for this, is my service advisor, Marcos Gonzalez. Marcos goes out of his way and make the customers he serves like part of the Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables family. And this is what makes people choose one dealership over another. More

My service experience was overall good, even I got a little bit earlier than my appointment, beginning with the valet parking attendant that was very courteous, the people inside the lobby where friendl little bit earlier than my appointment, beginning with the valet parking attendant that was very courteous, the people inside the lobby where friendly and the service advisor also was very professional explaining the campaign for my car recall issue, also the provided assistance with the ride to my work place and back to dealer was a pleasant experience. Everyone was doing their best to accomplish the task of getting a customer a good level of service. Management seems to have also good logistics for their 5 stars service commitment. Thank you all!
