Superior on site service by Miguel A. Martinez On 2/9/17, I purchased a certified 2014 Mercedes ML 350 from the Cutler Bay Dealership. The purchase experience with salesman Jose Alonso was exempla On 2/9/17, I purchased a certified 2014 Mercedes ML 350 from the Cutler Bay Dealership. The purchase experience with salesman Jose Alonso was exemplary 10. I could have asked for anything better. however things deteriorated from that point on, the vehicle was low on oil and a few minor items necessitating me returning to that dealership and leaving the car from from 3/24 to 3/28/17. I specifically went to the dealership for assistance to program the garage door opener. I had been told by service advisor Adam Littman that I had to call MB Roadside at 800 367 6372. I had already spoken to them twice as they had tried to talk me through the procedure. Both attempts each lasting about an hour were unsuccessful. I phoned MB roadside 800 367 6372 for the third time and they tol me d that they did not send anyone to help with that procedure and that I must call the dealership. That person said that she would call the dealership for me and that I would get a response within a half an hour. The Coral Gables dealership immediately called me and told me that they would send someone out and made an appointment for me for the next morning. Mr. Miguel Martinez phoned me early the next and advised he was leaving the Coral Gables office and would be at my house in about 20 minutes. He was right on time. I was very impressed with Mr. Martinez's technical competence with the procedure and his familiarity with my garage door opener. His demeanor was to satisfy the customer. I would have never been able to complete that task without his assistance. He is truly an asset to you dealership and should be commended for his skill and professionalism. More
